Starting range $10-$14/hr. Full time and part time positions are available. Compensation package is based on level of experience and the progression of work performance.

Job Title: Tea Ambassador

Job Description
Present professional tea knowledge and provide excellent customer service and experience in the first specialty tea salon in Columbus.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the requirements in the following areas:
• Experience in food service/retail sales is required
• Clear and effective communication
• Ability in managing customer relationship/conflict resolution
• Organized and efficient work habit, attention to detail
• Ability to manage stress with a positive attitude
• Ability to excel in a professional environment with high standard
• Enthusiasm in learning and promoting tea event and culture

Availability and Compensation
